Who we are

Pulse Context is operated by Dharach Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 10 Anson Road, #25-06, International Plaza, Singapore 079903. Our team and our operations are based in Barbados.

These terms apply to your use of this website at pulsecontext.ai. They do not apply to the Pulse Context platform, which is a separate service provided under a written agreement. Where you have such an agreement, it governs the platform and these terms govern only the website.

Permitted use

You may read, print and share this site for your own or your organisation's purposes. You may not:

• copy substantial parts of the site for commercial resale, or to build a competing product
• scrape or crawl the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or bypass any technical restriction
• use the site in a way that breaks the law, or that interferes with anyone else's use of it
• present yourself as Pulse Context, or imply that we endorse you or your organisation

Intellectual property

The site, its design, its copy and the marks "Pulse Context" and the Pulse logo are the property of Dharach Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, other than to quote this site with a clear link back.

Our diagrams and illustrations are ours. The photographs are licensed from Pexels and credited on the page where they appear. The icon set is Tabler Icons, used under the MIT licence. The report we cite on the Platform page belongs to its publisher, and remains theirs.

Illustrative content

Some content on this site is illustrative rather than factual, and we label it as such. In particular:

• the question, answer and three sources on the home page are a fictional example, written to show how a grounded answer looks
• the audio clip that accompanies it is synthetic narration, not a real broadcast recording
• the photographs show a radio studio and a market. They are stock imagery of the kind of place we work with. They do not show a Pulse customer, a Pulse deployment, or a Pulse team member
• the knowledge graph on the home page shows relationships we designed to explain the idea, not a live extract

Please do not cite any of it as evidence of a real event, a real broadcast, or a real customer.

Third-party sources and other sites

The platform ingests broadcast, news and social material that belongs to other people. Every signal Pulse Context serves keeps its source, and the answers built from it point back to that source. Our own commitment is to attribution, and the terms of the original publishers continue to apply to their material.

If you publish a source that Pulse Context has ingested, and you want a link to it removed, email matt@dharach.com. We treat a request from a publisher as authoritative for their material.

This site links to other sites, including the report we cite. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site without notice. We aim to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and we do not promise that it will be free of errors.

No warranty

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to this site is capped at USD 100. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page when we make a material change, and we will draw your attention to it if you have an ongoing conversation with us.
